saw them last night. second time i've seen them and pretty abysmal setlist. it looks like the recent shows have been pretty good though, I guess that's just the risk of a band that plays a different set each night

honestly the cribs kinda blew them away

 

I love this band but that setlist is pretty damn bad

 

Seems single and TGC-heavy which isn't surprising. At least you got "Parting of the Sensory" and "Teeth Like God's Shoeshine"

 

I thought the first night of the tour was a solid set. I don't care much for the TGC songs, but that's to be expected.

yeah that one is much better than last nights

 

I like both of those set lists

 

I agree that's not the best setlist but seeing Modest Mouse play ANY 20 of their songs would always make me happy

 

i love both of those setlists, but the second one is definitely better. honestly though i've never seen any other band play as much of a variety of songs as modest mouse does, i think that is pretty incredible even if you risk a bad set occasionally.

 

I don’t blame them though. Every time I see them 1/3 of the crowd leaves after float on. Play whatever you want.

 

I’ve never even seen them play Float On (and don’t care to either)

 

this has happened to every band I’ve followed while on tour this year.

 

What’s wild is he performed the VIP set hours before the show started.

 

Saw them last night in Cleveland and they were incredible.

 

Still really, really like this record. "Wooden Soldiers" in particular.

 

So pumped I got to see Wooden Soldiers live.
