yeah, that building exists but it's not a functioning records store. they use it for pop-ups on the sunset strip.

 

Crazy how far Mod Sun has come in the past 2 years! I remember seeing and meeting him at Warped Tour in like 2012, he played a small side stage and met all his fans at his tent afterwards. Awesome to see his success!
