I'm irrationally excited for Chandler v Paddy. That could go a multitude of stupid ways.

 

Lol at the cherry picked stats they need for the co-main of their weak ass apex card. I really hope the new tv deal changes things but I’m not expecting it to :(

Remember when Krause trained/cornered Marquez then had a “betting expert” on his own podcast that told everyone to bet on Marquez who ended up getting KOed in the first round?

UFC 313 this Saturday should be a good one

 

These cards are so top heavy now. That being said, I’m stoked for Bahamondes getting a good spot.

 

That was one of the nastiest KO’s in UFC history.

 

Great card. That main event was as competitive as I thought it would be. Ank is a tricky fighter to deal with. Poatan dealt with the wrestling well but it definitely took a toll on his gas tank.

Can’t say I disagree with the decision (though my stream wasn’t the best so missed chunks of rounds 1 and 3).

 

The amount of morons online calling the main event decision a robbery is ridiculous. It was a very close fight and Ankalaev was the more active fighter throughout the fight.

What a hype card for a Fight Night in Iowa of all places

 

Leon is so uninspiring

 

Brady is a fucking beast. 170 has so many interesting names. I’d like to see him against Garry or Buckley next.

 

Welterweight is surprisingly the only division (aside from maybe bantamweight) that feels like it has much depth to it right now. Lots of good fighters and interesting match ups left to explore.

 

Horiguchi is back in the UFC

 

Merab/Omalley and Peña/Harrison at 316. New KC main event is Prates/Garry.

Not stoked on 316 to be honest. Sean should have had at least one fight before a rematch. The new KC main event is a banger for such short notice.

 

Prates vs Garry is a fucking BANGER

Merab does the same thing again. No interest in seeing that be run back.

Can’t count out Peña in that matchup

 

I don’t like him much but fighting 6 ranks down when he probably could’ve waited and got someone like Usman

I liked Hill vs Rountree but I’m definitely more sold on the new main event. It’s making me consider getting the cheapest ticket I can find and attending in person.

 

I’m usually put off by the freak show fights and the match ups between people who should have retired a decade ago… but I was actually looking forward to the Rashad/Rampage boxing match. Bummed it got canceled. That one was more of a friendly grudge match just for fun, unlike something completely stupid (and sad) like Chuck/Tito 3 lol.
