No idea why Curtis was so upset. Jack “ran” for like the last 10 seconds of the fight but was otherwise picking him apart. I, personally, think Charles has a better resume than Khabib does. I know Khabib was more dominant has the 0 in his and that accounts for a lot but Charles last three wins is all time type shit. If he beats Islam oh boy
Their resumes are pretty equal as far as notable wins and overall accolades. Khabib retired undefeated with 0 damage while Charles has a good chunk of losses, but Charles balances that out with the fact that he holds the UFC records for both submissions AND finishes. It’s a shame they never fought. This fight with Islam is pretty perfect though because Charles and Khabib’s championship runs have been very similar up until this point, so now this his opportunity to set himself apart. It’s just that much more perfect that it’s against Khabib’s #1 guy of all people so we get to see a glimpse of how he would have fared.
