Nah, Barboza just cannot grapple with wrestlers. Really hard for me to take somebody seriously when they talk about Jesus Christ and Cryptocurrency simultaneously while also wearing camo shorts.
Also if the UFC resigns Hardy and keeps giving him PPV fights, then it means they’ve realized the money is better setting him up in fights where he gets blasted, rather than take him seriously.
I said “nah” in reference to calling him a goat of any sort because he, like most mid-high level grapplers, handle Barboza easy on the ground. And I’m a huge Barboza fan but it’s the sad truth. Side note it felt great to be super worked up during a Dos Anjos fight again for the first time in a long time. Respect to both him and Moicano. Absolutely should be fight of the night as of right now.
RDA is definitely in my top five favorite fighters of all time. Dude is just so good and has fought basically everyone. Respect to Moicano though. Man, coming forward like that until the very end, basically a whole two rounds after people thought it should have been stopped. What a guy.
RDA is a class act and one of the more likeable fighters around. Moicano has a ton of heart and deserves a lot of praise for finishing the fight. That being said, that should have definitely been stopped at the end of the fourth round. Totally unnecessary to see another round of that fight and risk further injury.
That entire main card went almost exactly how I expected. It’s not very often that there are no surprises from a UFC main card.
Did a 5 fight parlay on the main card with all favorites and yep. Pretty easy card to predict tonight
He won the fight, but I still love getting at least one image out of every one of his matches where he gets his tires rotated.
It’s gotta be so incredibly frustrating getting handled for all of those rounds but finally dropping the guy…only to be way too tired to capitalize on it. I couldn’t believe Jorge wasn’t chasing him down, but then you could see his next couple of punches had absolutely nothing on them, and I realized how gassed he truly was.
He's the real deal, think he can beat anyone ranked 6-9 in the rankings. He's two wins from a title shot, in my opinion.
Yeah it’s crazy, but I sort of understand why they are doing this. He chased them for 11 miles driving recklessly, ramming their car and fired multiple bullets into a car with three people. Both of the victim’s parents are in their 60’s and he shot the wrong person. It’s a terrible situation but Cain obviously did things that are clearly illegal and put innocent bystanders at risk.
Yeah, as much as I understand (to my capacity) his rage about the situation and I realize the failure of the justice system there, Cain doesn't deserve to walk free like a lot of people are claiming. I feel like maybe people just don't have much sympathy for the person who got shot since they were a relative of Cain's actual target... People don't see him as an innocent bystander even though they really should. Even beyond that, Cain very easily could have caused a lot more chaos in that pursuit. He could have shot more people on accident or even caused a massive wreck, particularly if he shot the driver of the other car in the middle of a high speed chase. Any number of things could have gone a lot worse there, so you can't NOT punish him.
Yep my thoughts exactly. The vigilante justice supporting right wing morons are really pushing this narrative that he’s a hero and it’s frustrating. Dude acted incredibly stupid and could have seriously hurt a lot of people. For all of these “law and order” supporting morons its quite hypocritical to want to “free Cain”.
