That was so damn bizarre. I get that the dude's specialty is the kneebar/heel hook, but you can't try the same move 25 times in a row... Also, I don't understand why none of those times did he try for any conventional grappling positions whenever he had him locked up. Even in that ending sequence, he did not even attempt to secure his guard or anything. He spun around for the leg EVERY time and just happened to get himself trapped that last time.

 

I want to see Ryan Hall just tradition permanently to grappling. He fights too infrequently for me to care when he does fight lol

Yeah that was strange. I was irritated because the stream was dropped but then realized that we just missed the eye poke and pause afterward. haha.

 

Looked to me like Niko just started to protest whenever Michel did that backflip. He stomped on Niko's head when he landed and Niko looked at the ref real quick while Michel moved into mount. That was really odd.

Probably around midnight eastern time? Since there's only one five round fight on the main card, it should move a little more quickly than some cards but sometimes the main fight can start a little later.
