  2. That’s exactly the Nick fight they needed to make. Hell yeah

  3. Wish it was a 5 round ESPN main event though.

A 17 year old rematch between two guys on fumes doesn't really move the needle for me, but good for them.

  6. Who do you guys like in the Burns Wonderboy fight?

I feel Wonderboy picks Burns apart pretty easily unless he gets caught.

It’s almost like people know it’s a Conor fight week

Think Burns is going to push the pace and take Wonderboy out. Think he's really got something to prove after getting tooled by Usman.

Going to lean Conor getting it done somehow. Dustin passing up a title shot for this just doesn't sit right with me. Can see him losing this and never getting another shot.

I’d have done what Dustin did. Fighters don’t get paid for shit in this sport considering the amount of trauma they put their bodies through. There’s more money in this rematch than there is in a title shot against someone like Oliveira.

Even though I hate it, I’ve had both of these thoughts. Haha. Wonderboy is one of the best fighters in the UFC but seems to lose to people who just want it more sometimes. I wouldn’t doubt if Conor and Gilbert have something to prove, but I’m rooting for Dustin and Wonderboy.

Agreed, I phrased that wrong. There just aren't a lot of happy endings in this sport, so I can totally see Conor winning and Dustin never getting close again.

feel like there's at least a 60% chance of this being Conor's last fight

The undercard is rather deep too. Pretty solid card even though the main card is a little lacking outside of the top two fights.

O'Malley fighting a late replacement geek is a bummer.

Conor has gained at least some of his old edge back. He has a chip back on his shoulder and that's when he performs at his best historically. He certainly did not have that chip or edge last fight.

Either way I hope Poirier has a field day with that piece of shit. I truly get no better joy than seeing Conor get beat the fuck up in that octagon and that has happened quite a bit the past few years.

  22. O’Malley needs to start fighting up. It’s getting really annoying watching him fight the lowest of the low in the UFC.

Do the Chito rematch and let him lose again.

  23. bro Conor is back on coke. That’s the edge
