Yeah I don't disagree with any of that. I'm more curious to see what happens when he gets in there with someone more highly ranked who takes him outside of the first round more than I am to see him face Jones so soon.
An extremely exciting card. If I had to pick: Chookagian (confident pick) Arlovski Tavares Burgos (confident pick) Walker Gillespie (confident pick) Lewis Thompson (confident pick) Till Diaz
It’s a little irritating that the commissions never try to keep this stuff from happening WHILE the weigh in is happening instead of punishing him later. Like there’s no reason that Cordeiro needed to be standing so close to begin with.
I used to knock Cejudo but he has hit a level of cringe where he KNOWS he's cringe and wears the fuck out of it and I respect that shit. Still gives me cringe and I love it.
I hesitate to bet against Nate, myself and I'll probably regret this but I got Masvidal either way it's gonna be a great fight tho and I'm so excited
If I had to bet, I’d say Nate is the more reliable choice, but this is honestly a super even match up on paper. I don’t really have a favorite here, but I’m just loving how much the UFC is sucking up to these guys. Especially since it’s two veterans and not a couple of new untested prospects they’re trying to sell.
Wow boxing is gonna wait for the 244 main event to end before they start the Canelo fight tonight, what a great night for FIGHTS
Since we’re getting a Mark Kerr movie, I just wanted to remind everyone of the best promo of all time
Diaz Gastelum Luque Gillespie Lewis Shahbazyan Locked this in as my parlay. I like Anderson but not confident enough to bet on it haha
ESPN has been great for UFC so far. This fight would have a lot of hype behind it even with Fox Sports covering it but I don't think it'd be close to this level. Masvidal forming a relationship with ESPN's biggest radio show helped a lot too. Makes you wonder how massive they'll make the upcoming Conor fight.
