Listening now and actually checked this thread to post about what Ariel/Brett are talking about with Max. If he wins this weekend, his next fight is Khabib so they’re suggesting Aldo/Alex as interim. I’m not sure because if Aldo wins, he can’t get a third shot at Max can he?

I've listened. Was definitely interesting. Made some interesting points about EPO not being an illegal drug to the public as it's used for anaemia, but illegal for combat fighters. I'm basically waiting for TJ to come out and be all "But I'm anaemic!!!"

 

Was that the one from yesterday where he talked extensively about his usage of EPO and how it works?

 

From what I've read, EPO can only be detected 12-18 hours after using it. So it's quite hard to catch it. Who knows how long TJ has been using it.

 

Also quite expensive to test so apparently it's not always tested. Which is kinda dumb if it's one of the worst things someone can take.

 

TJ seems like a piece of shit in general

He's pretty intelligent and knows what he's talking about for the most part, but he couldn't be anymore condescending if he tried. He might have some insightful things to say, but he also acts like he's the only one to have certain viewpoints and everyone else is too stupid to understand.

He's always rubbed me the wrong way (even though I will still listen to his shows), but what did it for me is when the UFC came to Kansas City, and he was posting a bunch of redneck memes on Twitter making fun of our entire crowd/state. It was mostly because of the whooing noises everyone was making, but it happens at 90% of the events. Still, according to him, it was because we were all slack jawed yokels who didn't understand the sport. Just overly pompous.

 

All 4 headlining fighters made weight! I’m pumped. Gonna be a great card, who’s everyone going with? My picks:
