Was looking forward to going to the pub and watching the prelims and the main card and having some Sunday afternoon beers but we had to put our cat down about 9 hours ago so I’m just going to sit her and cry and follow along here.
That was a great fight. Diego has some serious heart for a guy past 40 still fighting. He was SMASHING Gall.
Said when this fight was announced that I thought this was a very winnable fight for Diego. That was awesome to see. Their skill sets match up really well but it totally came down to experience. Gall thought Diego’s chin wouldn’t last so he emptied his gas tank at the beginning. Classic tactical error. Edit: Diego is only 37 lol
Thanks brother. It’s only the 3rd of fucking March and 2019 is already by far the worst year of my life. This fucking sucks.
Damn, Perez is definitely down on points but he came out and dropped Stamann nearly directly on his head haha. That was awesome.
Super sorry to read this man. I cause myself an insane amount of anxiety thinking about a future day where I have to face this, and I think I would handle it the same so I feel for you.
I wasn’t even a cat person two years ago. My wife and I wanted to get two dogs and call them Mr Miyagi and Princess Buttercup. Then since we live in an apartment my wife wanted to get a cat and I was like oh hell no and then she was like “We can call him Mr Meowgi?” and so we got him haha, and then a year later we got our sweet girl Princess Buttercup, bless her soul.
Funny story with me as well. I grew up with dogs because my mom was allergic to cats, I always kinda dismissed cats as snobby and nasty. Met my now girlfriend almost exactly a year ago and she has an Orange Tabby named Hamlet who within months i loved more than any animal i've ever had! Sweetest cat and super friendly, I had a huge revelation at 30 that I was always a cat person just never had the opportunity to have one before. Now I just want more of em.
