It’s such a bizarre situation that I go back and forth on constantly. If you believe one of them is lying then you have to believe they’re all lying... for them all to be lying means there’s enormous corruption that’s far bigger than I want to imagine. The precedent for this type of thing happening is set in biology and the reasoning makes sense but I don’t know enough about this specific drug and I don’t have the means of hiring an independent chemist to test the drug and prove whether or not what they’re saying is true, so I just have to trust that they’re all telling the truth... It just really sucks that every party involved is wildly untrustworthy.
Apparently the people at the lab they do the testing at don't even have complete explanations! And that's not due to their incompetence it's just that the test is so advanced in what it can detect!
Know a lottttt of people that use tbol but couldn’t even begin to give a detailed description on it scientifically lmao
Quite a few now. Even more back in college. My brother, for instance, took PEDs (for recovery, he’s not massive by any means) for years.
I used to do crossfit, and there were people absolutely juicing there, but I never talked them about it haha. They also would of denied using anyways.
I'll take Jones, Woodley and Askren. I've been back and forth with Lawler and Askren, so that's a real toss up for me. If Robbie wasn't coming off that knee injury I'd feel a lot different. I think Usman has a small path towards victory. If I was a gambling man I'd throw some down on Usman and Lawler just to see what happens. Stacked card, I won't be able to watch, so enjoy it! I'll be checking my phone all night haha.
Got worried for a minute cause Smith and Lawler were taking a bit to get to weigh-ins, but here we are with every fight in tact. Feels good, hopefully no surprise hernias. I think Jones could likely beat Anthony Smith most days. But I’m taking a bet on Smith for the big upset cause why not. Woodley Askren Zhang Garbrandt ZABIT
I don't bet very often and I definitely don't bet much but I'm on a 6 month long 100% lose streak right now. I honestly feel cursed haha I can pick winners easily but it's like as soon as I put money on it they lose. So of course I put my money on Jones this weekend. Why not make it a Win/Win fight for me?
My thoughts are that Jones vs. Smith is for sure one of those fights where Smith COULD pull off the upset (and he has the heart and determination to do it), but Jones beats him 99% of the time. I could see him somehow catching him but the only true surprise in this fight is if Smith wins a decision...he’s just not on the same skill level even if he somehow manages to get it done tomorrow. Going to guess Jones batters him on the feet and then takes him down somewhere close to round 3 for a submission. Also, I 100% expect Askren to wrestle the hell out of Lawler for three rounds. It’s going to look like a typical Khabib fight.
He supposedly had no interest in fighting Max. He posted something on his Instagram awhile back saying some weird shit. Dana said Cerrone vs Iaquinta is in the works so we can assume that Tony might be getting a matchup against Conor. I’d take the paycheck over an interim title (one he never lost anyway smh)
He believes that the fight he was offered should be for the actual title, not an interim. UFC isn’t stripping Khabib so he turned it down. As much of a clown as he is, I don’t think he’s wrong.
I wouldn’t fight for an interim if I was him. Dude already won it. And had it stripped. And then they made another one lmao At this point I feel like they draw names out of a hat to make fights at 155
If it winds up being Conor vs Tony and Cerrone vs Iaquinta, it’s a pretty smart move. Tony gets a great payday, so does Conor. Their rankings make this fight sensible, and Cerrone is looking to move up the LW ranks. Iaquinta can help him do that and put him in title contention. Beating Cerrone dominantly could likely put Al in a title shot match after.
