-No surprise cause they’re besties.
-Khabib’s teammates probably needed help paying the $50,000 since they’re both likely making a good living, but not that good.
-It was his fault the whole thing started in the first place so this, in my eyes, is just him trying to look good to the public.

Once Khabib said it was premeditated (he had decided who he’d go after based on age) there was no changing my mind on the matter. Shitty all around.

Is there a reason why it’s a Sunday night card? I was looking forward to spending Sunday afternoon watching fights (Aussie time) but now I’ll just be distracted at work on Monday instead haha

 

I think it's because it is Presidents Day in the US on Monday so this is an extended weekend for a lot of people. Pretty lousy excuse if that's true but they had a Sunday night card this weekend last year too so that's the best reason I can think of



edit: oh it's also NBA All Star weekend and the dunk/three point contest is Saturday.
