If Conor says it’s happening, I have confidence it’s a done deal. Probably the best fight they could make for both guys honestly.
These young guys coming in aggressive and confident (from what I believe is because of some of the older vs younger fights that happened last year) are learning some hard lessons. Roberson just landed like 5 blatant elbows to the back of the head, nearly won the fight, and Teixeira just bodied him. Amazing.
I think it's that deal where they know if they talk shit like they do and back it up then they get a rocket strapped to them. Huge risk though obviously.
I don’t like Hernandez, but I do give him a slight bit of credit in regards to coming in so aggressive and talking shit. Cowboy is a slow starter and also (almost hilariously) destroys people whenever they are friendly with him. He’s like 1000x more dangerous when he’s relaxed and in the groove, so the strategy is to piss him off and attack him quickly. First time that strategy didn’t work. Hahaha.
Yeah. Mine has done that twice now. I’m glad I’m not the only one. I just restarted the app and it’s working again... okay well actually it just went down again Lol
Why is there a screen for "commercial break in progress"? Why cant we see replays and what the corners are saying? I guess because other networks are showing this in other countries?
I agree. The four of us watching, after about the 4th time, were just laughing about how funny it is to going from being excited to dead silence every 5 minutes. I also had a few crashes and had to restart the stream.
That was a great fight as well. Not often you get to see flyweights do a full round of great, evenly matched grappling.
Man, Gregor is a train. I can't wait to see him higher up in the ranks. One of the most underrated fighters in the ufc right now.
