That’s some bullshit. There should be repercussions for this stuff. Especially if Chiesa can’t fight now.
Luke Thomas just posed an interesting question on twitter...at what point is what Conor is doing considered criminal?
This is criminal. The water bottle shit was criminal. It’s just a matter of pressing charges / a willing prosecutor.
You'd think with the bodily harm aspect coming into it now with Chiesa, this is definitely something a prosecutor would want.
I mean, it's kind of true. The only time he's been inside the cage in the last year is to fight a ref. Of course, no punishment for that and probably no punishment for this. I love how the UFC said they punished him for the altercation with the ref by pulling him off a UFC card they pretended he was going to be on. It's pure insanity how much he can get away with.
He has managed to raise the bar in MMA and then quickly lowered it to the floor. Either fight or disappear. There’s a whole division wanting to beat his ass. I’d pay insane money to see him in there with Khabib.
"About that life" - the life where he knows there are gangs of security guards around that will keep anything bad from actually happening.
So apparently Conor is mad about the Khabib-Lobov altercation? He’s an idiot. And now if he loses to Khabib he will look like such a loser. It’ll kill his career.
There are betting lines in favor of Conor appearing at Wrestlemania. Hoping this puts a squash on anything that may have been planned.
Ariel just said on the MMA Beat that there is some unknown about whether or not Namajunas or Chiesa are going to be able to fight on Saturday.
I assume she was hit by the broken glass like Chiesa but I haven't seen anything outside of what Ariel just mentioned.
