    I loved A Museum Of Contradiction, but these songs are definitely pointing to an even more inspired release. Super 80s feel. Really looking forward to hearing the whole project

    First couple songs had me a little uncertain, but it really takes off after that. Pretty beautiful record. Made with less focused hands this winds up being a huge pop record ala The 1975 or something. I honestly wouldn’t mind if some of the songs took off in that way, but his commitment to the mood here is super admirable and it works. Phil Collins and Peter Gabriel definitely popped into my head a couple of times

    Every time that sound comes through around 1:30 in Are You Looking Up while I’m driving, I think it’s a car near me laying on their horn lol. Can’t tell if it’s brass or maybe just feedback but it always fucks with me
