Went quick for the Brooklyn show. Bummed they are doing a seated floor since I had to jockey for a seat as opposed to just selecting and buying.

Sorry that happened to you. Same thing happened to me with the Hayley Williams presale. This was after I logged in, confirmed joining queue via text, etc. Super frustrating that you can still be tagged as a bot.
