i think $66 was the cheapest in the very back, then $85 for closer, and over $100 for the front sections

Think I’ll pass on the LA show. I saw her twice last year- once all ages at the shrine, once basically 21+ at primavera, and I never want to experience Mitski with an all ages crowd ever again lol

Well that was stupid affordable for someone like her.

Also - 300 ahead of me? That's it? Still not many seats available when I got in but whatever.

I got in but all that is left are seats way on the back or the side. I might just go for one on the side since it's closer. Hmm...

Seems like this was another Olivia situation where demand way exceeded the size of venues, I’m seeing lots of people being shut out of tickets across many of the dates.

Second Durham date was added on a Saturday. Secured decent tickets. Stoked.

Added two nights in Chicago already... should've checked that quicker instead of obsessively clicking around in the show I was in hoping something would pop up cus now i'm 1534 in line (couldn't get tix when I was 883)

It's odd that she's not doing arenas given her popularity. In NYC, she easily did 2x at Radio City (6k capacit). Odd that she's spreading her shows across 6-7 nights at 2k theaters here.

    run away with me Platinum

I think she intentionally wants to play intimate venues because of how she's said performing live has been not great for her and also it makes sense artistically

Like when Lorde did the arena tour, which mitski coincidentally opened, and was like this is bizarre never again

I'm sure it's just cus of her personal preference for a more intimate show, especially with this new album (doesn't really scream arena ) but ya it's a huge bummer

The part that gets to me is why don't they just announce all the shows right away

That's honestly cheap given her stature.

Honestly I get playing in smaller theatres because the shows are instant sell outs but when your own fans aren’t able to see you live (I remember the last tour was an instant sellout too), maybe you should look into playing less dates at bigger venues…

Like in the span of one hour Mitski sold 15,500 tickets in Chicago and at that point it’s like…maybe you should look into booking an arena or something (I know not all artists are into performing in arenas, but still)

At least good on Mitski that the prices were super reasonable and there was no platinum (that I saw anyway)
