my wife is a butter freak, to a somewhat concerning degree

 

My buddy Tim brings in a little container he fills up with butter so when he gets halfway through his popcorn he dumps that onto it. It’s annoying but also kind of genius.

 

I want it on the record that grimace isn’t talking about me.

 

My first job was a movie theater, and I used to eat so much of it (fresh, butter, etc.) that it just doesn't do it for me anymore.

If I go solo, I don't get anything. If I go with my wife, we'll split a large popcorn. I usually need to make her take it away from me.

stale convinced me to bring a pocket dog with me into the movies. 6/10 experience. not a fan of the greasy pocket afterwards.

 

Sitting down for this now. Large popcorn in honor of our boy, Tom.

I get some butter, but if it’s too much I feel sick for hours after. I also add a couple salt packets. There is flavor to the popcorn I eat contrary to the rumors.

Do we think this goes out the way Bond did? Or more open ended for the character? I’m guessing the later.

edit: my theater has a popcorn special where you buy their bucket once and you can bring it back for $5 refills.
