Excited for this but I’m really not feeling “Mess With My Head”, it’s missing something that makes it distinctly Miranda. Idk. I’ll check out the other 3 now.

Slight bummer because I heard it was produced by Jay Joyce and the production in that track is some of the most straightforward slickness she’s had. Meh.

 

Tequila Does is my favorite so far I think

 

this whole thing is good but It All Comes Out In The Wash , Way Too Pretty For Prison, and Pretty Bitchin are major bops

 

I loooove Tequila Does. I wasn’t sold from the first couple tracks but they really grew on me and I definitely love this

 

Hell yeah, I really enjoyed this. Honestly liked every track but Bluebird, Tequilla Does, and Fire Escape were probably the highlights for me

and the production is great

 

This album’s definitely more in rotation for me now that it’s getting warmer.

I lived in West Texas (Odessa) for 3 years so this is definitely gonna hit that nostalgia itch.

I am all in on this Marfa Tapes record. All three songs released to date have been immaculate and the lo-fi home recording feels almost like a really intimate live record vs a new album.

Marfa Tapes is so beautiful. Definitely one of my favorite releases from her
