it was a light one. I don’t remember the details fully but I feel like it was like he defended a dude who was an abuser and then everyone cancelled him for like 6 months

 

Nah, fuck him, he told a SA survivor to “shut up and play nice” if she still wanted to work with him, people got rightfully pissed at him, then he wrote a whole album about how he was actually the victim. He can rot in hell.

Still waiting for an update on the Botch stuff that some reddit guy alluded to me. Although I guess it could be this now that I think about it?

 

Pretty sure Botch disbanded again.

 

That is one hell of a lineup even before "????" Is announced . Wish it was anywhere near me.

 

No I brought it up in the tour thread a while ago but a few months ago I mentioned on reddit that I was bummed about missing the Botch tour and someone who would know about touring plans mentioned stuff about Botch having stuff in the works. They replied months after that to say “news still coming which was weird.”

Nothing ever came of it so I assume he was actually talking about this.

I think David and him have patched things up probably due to David’s own sobriety, but yeah I don’t blame them for not inviting Erin out for this run. Probably better for Erin too.

 

These Arms Are Snakes are on BFFF too. Could they maybe be an opener for the upcoming MTB tour?

Maybe “the Botch guys have something in the works” meant some of them are technically touring together in two separate bands lmao

 

It is safe to bet on Jimmy Eat World performing Clarity for BFF

 

That would make sense. Their tour with The Offspring will be over by then, and Dave Knudson's comment pretty much confirms it.
