Minus the Bear announce break-up, final EP and tour

After years of writing and touring, we’ve come to the bittersweet decision to bring Minus the Bear to an end and with that, we announce our final tour this Autumn.

Damn. I'm regretting skipping the Planet of Ice tour. I don't think I'll be able to make any of these dates.

 

No Western New York dates :/

At least I got to see them 3 times in the psst year and a half.

 

I thankfully caught them on that tour back in May.

Wasn't into their last few releases. Stoked for the final shows.

 

Minus The Bear On Their Decision To Call It Quits

 

I never was a huge fan, but I do really enjoy their record “Planet of Ice.”

I’m unsure if I’ll be going to the show in Minneapolis on 10/15, but I probably will have to think about it per it’s their final tour.

RIP.

 

They're in their 40's now, some of them have kids. They've probably taken their music and band as far as they can probably go. On to the next chapter of their lives.

I knew this day would one day come, but I was hoping we would see a 10th anniversary tour for OMNI. It just wasn't meant to be I guess
