looks like the varsity theater will be back in february with new politics, and andrew mcmahon doing a solo piano tour in april.

definitely gonna catch andrew mcmahon.

 

Dope. It appears they've been doing weddings here and there. Hope they can get back to a regular calendar of shows!

 

im sure once the stench of the previous owner comes off the venue more and more bands will start to book there, especially with the t rock closing. varsity has been my favorite venue looks and size wise, definitely glad its gonna be back.

Also, my girlfriend from Norway is flying in to Minneapolis here for 3 days after Christmas, after which we're flying down to the southwest for a 2-week roadtrip via rented RV; sooo stoked!
