Hey y’all, I recorded an EP. It’s almost as much of a surprise to me as it probably is to you. I literally decided to do this this morning and spent all day recording and mixing (and writing, in the case of the title track) it.

So guys I’m playing lead guitar for @nohandstoholdonto ’s first full band show since Mineral Girls broke up. It’s this Sunday in Charlotte NC if anyone here is close enough to come to the show.

Her new songs as Problem Addict are beyond awesome. Like, better than Mineral Girls. I’m not sharing any demos - Audrey probably wants them kept private until they are finished - but you all are going to love it when it’s released.

Also it’s crazy how strong this community is. In the absolutepunk.net days, she supported my old band Northbrook which had a thread in the music forum. When we switched to chorus.fm, I supported her band Mineral Girls here. And now, like 10 years after we met online and 2 years after I’d met her in person, we are playing on stage together.
