This is pretty bad imo

 

I don't think I 've ever listened to her last album, but this EP is the most I've ever enjoyed her music haha

 

When is Dead Petz coming on vinyl I was teased like a year ago and then nothing. I am counting on the Lips to pull through on that for me.

 

Dead Petz is still pretty crazy, and not everything hits, but at least an EP's worth of music on there is some of her best

 

I’d even argue a short albums worth but I agree with the point. Although I think the clutter is also part of the charm.

I get actually angry at how much I LOVE the singing part of bb talk. The melody just ticks all the right boxes for me. Like the actual idea of the song is relatable to me like when she talks about being put in awkward situations but sis "You know what, in the beginning it was like we were fucking homies and shit." And "I mean, you put me in these fucking situations where I look like a dumbass bitch and I'm not a fucking dumbass bitch" reminds me of like tween me writing in my diary when I thought it was edgy to swear.

 

it's wild how great On A Roll is because it's a fake song by a fake singer, it's like Ally

 

This EP is probably her strongest body of work yet, which makes sense when her older albums all could use some cutting of the fat. Curious if she can keep it up for the other two EPs though

I just need to vent for a second about how much I love Dead Petz, I honestly never get sick of it. I listened sooo much when it first came out and honestly over the last year or two I’ve only listened to it once in a while, but it’s been back in my regular rotation the last few months. Even though I love listening all the way through, I know some of the songs are technically terrible but that being said... a good handful are the best songs Miley has released. There’s at least 10 songs in here that I would call Miley’s best album.
