No one, including me, has cared enough to ever make threads or talk much about her, but Noah Cyrus has an album coming out in July and the singles released so far are good so I made a thread. Noah Cyrus - I Want My Loved Ones to Go With me (July 11, 2025) • forum.chorus.fm
This album is pretty interesting, I've listened a couple times now. As an album, I think it might actually be her best front-to-back, as I think all her other albums are terribly uneven. That being said, this feels like a bunch of good songs without a lot of GREAT songs. Creatively, I really like that she stepped into new directions that I didn't expect, the back half is wild. I think this will probably grow on me over time. Very interesting how little impact any of this album rollout had on mainstream though.
I do kind of agree that it’s very consistent and creative, while maybe lacking some truly stand out moments. But I’ll make an exception for Golden Burning Sun, one of the best songs she’s ever done.
I feel like "More to Lose" has megahit potential if she wanted that, feels like something the masses could really eat up. Might need a radio edit without the sax though, if you really want it to take off
