Mike Shinoda Releases New EP

The recorded messages of support at the end of "Place to Start" really got to me.

 

What a title...hope he continues to make music, he's an incredible talent.

 

These songs are really good. Glad he's been able to work on some music to help get through this.

 

Sounds like Linkin park is staying active.

 

This is really good. Seemed like he really needed a way to let some things out. Very emotional stuff.

This is both fantastic and heartbreaking.

I very much look forward to LP's future despite how shaken I was with Chester's passing. They have so much talent that should continue to be applied together as a group. Their next album could be something truly special given the emotions they have to pull from.

I’m so excited to listen to this tonight. I loved Fort Minor. Any word if when the songs were written. I guess the title might suggest after and may realise when I hear the lyrics

 

They were written at various points since chester’s death. Mike said in an ama for example that the second track Over Again was written the day of the bowl show they did for his memory
