Like a lot of people on here, I loved Midtown growing up.

Wish Gabe was still putting out music.

 

Rob is great. Replied to an email I sent him last year, answered some of my questions about Midtown, and hooked me up with something super rare. A generous guy, can't say enough good about him.

I don't think we're going to see anything new from Midtown.

 

Watching this now, so surreal, what a different time. It's Forget What You Know full album-ish acoustic right before the release.

 

I don't know who needs this right now, but I sure didn't mind finding this just now.

 

Man, I loved that full band version of Frayed Ends

 

You were the last one who could recognize his friends.

Midtown forever

 

Thanks for posting! Been a huge Midtown fan for 20+ years now. Band still gets me excited. Would have killed for new tunes, but not sure they could ever top FWYK. That is such an underrated and appreciated album.

 

I know this is about Cobra Starship, but Gabe just released this and I what. (midtown forever tho)

What does this all mean!?!

I’ll never forget when he opened a show at Chain Reaction with two Midtown songs solo/acoustic. Fun times. Midtown was the first band I ever saw at Warped tour, just such a fun show.

 

Haha, a fun light hearted pick me up video from Gabe was actually what I needed today.

 

Seriously @Jason Tate I know you know something - is this ANYTHING? He had the Hot Fuss logo in the background and he responded to the news it went Gold with “perfect timing” so are they about to do a tour or something? We must know!

 

I have no idea. I did see him post “cobra is not back” so maybe he’s just having fun, I really haven’t heard anything.

 

Hot Mess is being pressed on vinyl for the first time as part of the FBR 25th anniversary promotion. Maybe that's what he's referring to with the timing comment?
