They said they’re too old to write songs. Which is absurd. And anything can happen, but I have given up expecting anything new from them.
I will say, I don't know how they can top a masterpiece such as Forget What You Know. Album is no skips, super mature, and didn't get nearly enough attention 20+ years ago. They even mentioned that in the original vinyl pressing of FWY stating it was the best work they could ever do. I'm fine with no new material as that cover album was lackluster, just hope they stay consistent with the holiday shows. They didn't do them last year and that's fine, I think its more special if its every few years.
living well is the best skincare read the story LOL Brotege: Good Boy Protection for Bad Bros – Brotege Inc.
Still salty they didn't show up last-minute for their headlining Seattle show in 2004 because they decided to film a music for Give It Up, then broke up the next year. Dammit. Okay that's all.
dude hustled back in the day, him and his brother basically booked/started the whole east coast/NJ pop punk/hardscore scene
Yea I mean Gabe starting the pop punk/hardcore scene?!? I know they played rutgers house parties but I really think it was already there. Lots of local shows were going on during that time. When they started there was a pretty standard circuit of bands and venues in Jersey/Philly but maybe I'm wrong. Gabe's an eccentric, funny dude but I won't pretend to know his likability. Glad he made his way back to repping Midtown again even if it is only occasional shows.
I'd love to have this, but not for $60 with shipping. Not even if it were $50 with shipping lol. The demos is cool. I have those downloaded from 20 years ago.
