Halsey, Mt. Joy, Tame Impala, Dua Lipa, Coin, The 1975, Bieber, Hayley Williams among the records I've listened to the most. Mt. Joy may be my favorite of the year so far. Phoebe's will be on the list. Only listened once so far. Ocean Alley comes out tomorrow. Highly anticipating that one. EDIT: The Weeknd is high on the list
Kenny Mason reminds me of a more focused Brockhampton, like just Kevin with a rock tilt. I fuck with it.
I guess I had to update because Punisher dropped. Top 16 is pretty set in stone the rest is a rough order.
Dylan, Tenille Townes, HAIM, Killers, Courtney Marie Andrews, Alex the Astronaut, Lori McKenna, Ruston Kelly, Blitzen Trapper, Colter Wall, David Ramirez. Of ones that are just hopeful, not announced: Dawes, Bleachers, The Night Game, Counting Crows.
Your taste is perfect lol. Normally I'd rec someone with taste like yours with an album that you're missing but you've got all the obvious ones covered lol. I guess I'll rec the Cheerbleederz EP since Phoebe from Happy Accidents is also in that band but I'm guessing you already know that lol
Dogleg - Melee Code Orange - Underneath Waxahatchee- Saint Cloud Run the Jewels - RTJ4 That it’s but I haven’t heard a lot of stuff. These are all great tho My favorite EP is probably Pummel - Our Power. Once shows can happen again I need to see them. Gonna be fun.
fair enough, I won't fault him too much for his live show yet as a new artist. I'm mostly at the point where I hear SO much potential that I'm holding onto hope that he puts out something truly great
@irthesteve do you agree that the Dominic Fike interlude on the Halsey album is a song of the year candidate yes
I am mostly kidding but I really like Dominic going for that summer beach vibes on that one song it fits his style
