sorry i don't rank mid year lists until the middle of the year

 

The publications don’t lie: it is the middle of the year already

 

I grabbed a few things I hadn't heard of off the UPROXX list and am really enjoying this Say Sue Me. I think most people on this forum would too.

they picked the worst cardi song

 

wrong song choices for quite a few artists

 

wrong date choice for the entire article

 

I don’t see She Bad on there

 

one of the worst cardi songs.

 

It's all about getting the early lead. If they could, publications would probably do EOTY lists in October.

^lol ive never seen a more phoned in mid year list. Like pick the most popular albums with critical acclaim, add in some of the most critically acclaimed albums that aren’t popular, and a couple wild cards and call it a list

it's time, that's basically all they do. they aren't a music publication

Ha the choices were good though. Camila and Kacey both have albums in my top 5 so far this year.

 

weird. you'd think given their name they've have a better sense of time

 

I just look at these lists to find albums I may have missed
