I’ve had five years to make peace with the fact that they’d probably not continue the sound of DIAWB, but cannot deny Bored of Being Sad is an absolute banger

I kinda missed this band the first time around while I was taking a break from emo adjacent stuff, I've been checking out their stuff since the algo surfaced it again. really like p much the whole discog but the new songs are great. Bored of Being Sad is a banger.

 

I'm fiending for this record. Also got a ticket to their Shaky Knees late night set at my favorite room in Atlanta (200 cap!)

I'm loving the soundscapes they're exploring with this record. The whistle at the end of the track *chefs kiss*

 

Song is ok. Quite the evolution for this band over the last 3 records

 

it is absurd, and it is all good. wild

 

Safe to say this is my most anticipated record of the year.

 

So close, so ready.

 

10 song album with an intro and interlude is a real bummer. I'm excited to play back through the album this weekend, but not a lot that we haven't already heard from the pre-release cycle.

Really strange start to the record, I feel like Ferrari already works as an intro style song
