It’s like upbeat, R&B-leaning-pop with an emphasis on there being four vocalists. Very hooky with a lot of thick harmonies. Mixes well when played with stuff like SiR, UMI, Lianne La Havas, Kate Bollinger, Kehlani

 

syncopate is the best song released in the last six months and @ing me is not allowed

Realizing I never reacted to the record in here — wound up feeling pretty underwhelmed. A lot of it kinda blends together in a not good way. Haven’t gone back in a couple of months though, should probably give it a second chance

 

damn. well at least booyah kids seems like they're still gonna put stuff out
