It's close. In any case, it's one of the few albums where one can ask this question without it looking like complete hyperbole. So there's that.
I think I understand the language.. They wrote 4 parts for a song A B C and D so like A may be a verse and B may be a chorus C was probably originally a bridge but they moved it to the intro so you have C (intro) A (Verse?) B (Chorus) B sub is an interlude of some sort I think then A B again (space) is probably one of those parts on pale horses where we get like cool delay guitars and there is a lot of space in the music D= outro so the song is ending. 3:27 is obviously the song length the 8s at the bottom of the A-B language most likely stand for measures or times through a chord progression the C = could be how they are grouping beats for each measure of that section. Obviously I could be wrong but that is my take, and I have no idea why I spent 10 minutes analyzing it haha. I've always been a theory nerd so I really like taking song forms and seeing how people write music differently fascinates me.

Ill never forget the first time i realized what was actually happening in Bears Vision (which was my 2nd or 3rd listen probably) and how truly sad it was but also how sincerely entrenched into like, Christian philosophy and ideals it is. Like, sacrifice myself for my brother (or sister, is the fox female? i cant remember) so that they can be happy.
I literally just today understood the song and I'm like. In shambles. Like I keep thinking about it and nearly bursting into tears at how selfless bear is. I've been sick for days and my emotions are what they are but I'm pretty sure I'd be feeling the same way anyway
Bear's Vision was also inspired by a story Aaron's friend told him called the Hungry Tigress. It's a Buddhist jataka tale (children's story). Jataka Stories - The Story of a Tigeress
The differences are so interesting to me. The original tale is so stripped of emotion, which is in itself a powerful thing because you understand the guru's sacrifice as a thing you just do, that charity is it's own reward or it's own end. But Aaron, idk maybe he didn't buy that or didn't think the audience would buy it, so he makes you care about these characters before going forth with the ending.
My girlfriend is analyzing the lyrics to Fox's Dream for an assignment in her philosophy class. I'm so proud. Now I'm totally going to put on Ten Stories on the way to class tomorrow morning.
