Ricky posted on his IG they have 2 more weeks of tour and then about 50 days off. So I assume the next tour will be announced relatively soon
I can't believe this... mewithoutYou are supporting Underoath on the European leg of the Rebirth tour. Can't believe we get to welcome them to our shores again!
It's nuts that mewithoutYou have been consistently touring for 16 or so years. Like, I'm pretty sure they have played Dallas at least once every year, sometimes twice a year, and once three times in a year. Crazy.
This band is the type of band I have always wanted to be in. They seem to get along so well and do everything with such intention, it's wonderful to see.
I simply can't believe it. I've said it before but I didn't think I'd see them again, let alone 3 times in 15 months!
crazy they haven't taken a break. if things still go regularly for them, there'd be a new album at some point next year, and then the circus starts all over again. I suppose they could just not tour it though, they've toured like machines the last couple of years.
Yeah, would second that recommendation. Think that both B, S and Pale Horses span a good midpoint of the bands sound. Might favor B, S a little bit because I have a habit of trying to recommend things somewhat chronologically, but you can't actually go wrong with either.
Brother, Sister has the immediate punch of "Messes of Men", "The Dryness and the Rain", and "Wolf Am I! (and Shadow)" and that's a pretty good summary of their sound in general.
I'd just start with Catch for Us the Foxes and listen all the way through the discography and go back and listen to A-B Life if you get the itch for it.
i started with a to be life so i can't really complain with the above either, i think that'd be my preferred way, but the first suggestion is probably the more accessible way
My first experience with them at all was live and not knowing who they were or what they sounded like. What an experience.
A b life was mine got into them shortly after it came out. My friend knew someone that went to church with Aaron and knew the backstory so I was really fascinated. Went and saw them on the tooth and nail tour and some band named emery opened, both ended up being all time favorites.
