To me, this is the most confident I've been about a new album since B,S tbh. The guys seem to be closer, happier and more locked in musically than ever. Aaron having a kid and Greg leaving did leave me a bit worried for a breakup but they haven't seemed like they want to call it quits yet (as much as some previous times anyway) Not to mention they just bought a bus! Can't imagine dropping that kind of cash then calling it quits
what's with these thoughts that the band is breaking up?? i'm always operating under the assumption (and hoping) that they'll be around for years to come

I remember after 'it's all crazy' being certain they'd call it quits. I feel more confident lately that they have at least a record or two more in them.
Lol this is probably where I'm just weird. Someone could strum a single chord for 45 minutes and if I liked the lyrics or thought they were interesting / funny / sad, then I'd think it was great.
it does take a certain kind of talent to strum 2 chords w good lyrics and make it work as a whole (e.g. early Bright Eyes)
I've seen some do it. Michael from O'Brother does it too. I guess in defense of how they flip the sticks around, if you're gonna play hard might as well not break the tip haha
Has anyone outside of the US received their INSTIWB order yet? I picked up it's all crazy... along with it and there's no sign of those yet, which is surprising.
Their manager said they just shipped the last of the preorders yesterday, so it might be a while longer It's Hurry
Here is conflict. Haven't seen Thursday since 2003 Love the hotelier so they are just a bonus here I've see mewithoutyou a ton of times and probably almost all of brother sister at some point.. I may never get to hear the album live in full again tho..
