If they restocked their UK/EU shop I’d honestly buy so much. I love the Charlie Wagers designs, by far my favourite band-artist collaboration.

 

Just wanna say, no hyperbole, this is the greatest band ever. Love you all.

 

This is one band that I would absolutely lose my shit if they ever announced a reunion or new album.

 

Late to the party but I was raised on Five Iron Frenzy!

 

Aaron has said it was the end of them as a full time band and he would be surprised if they never play another show or make more music. He also recently said there’s an album’s worth of songs that he wrote during the untitled era that he’d love to keep working on. I’m hopeful they’ll come back in the next 5 years. The way they are active online has been really heartening to know the machine is still up and running and Mike is essentially still managing them. I would love if they do a surprise record.

I particularly like this letter they drafted after the [A-->B] Life release trying to get a booking agent - kind of captures the young, over eager band vibe I remember having at that age and I imagine a lot of young bands have.

Wow. WOW! Every time there’s a notification for MWY I am hoping it’s a new release of some kind. This rules. Grinding the last of my work before breaking for the Holidays. Will be jamming this all afternoon.

My brother and sister-in-law loved mwY enough back in the day (and liked the live albums when I told them about ‘em), that I think I’ll get away with having them play this on their tv Christmas Day.
