I assumed it would be a release of the shows they streamed. Those teasers were TV themed, and this is teased with a movie called "Stay Tuned"
Just bought a new pair of over ear headphones and am listening to untitled ep and lp to break them in... man aside from the songs themselves being fantastic, the band and Yip knocked the production out of the park. I adore how this one sounds.
Will be shocked if it's anything but a Brother, Sister tour. Might be a smaller one than what was originally planned, but hoping they still come to Canada.
It's been a surreal experience to see this band live the few times i've been able to. The first was in 2004 when they were touring off Foxes. Didn't know who they were. Saw Aaron reading a book on top of his tour bus outside, then was intrigued by all the flowers and other weird items they brought on stage. Then his dancing with the flowers. Their performance was amazing and I was instantly hooked. I thought about that moment when I last saw them in 2018, almost 15 years later, being very familiar with their entire discography. Time is weird.
It's really funny how they're calling it the 15 year anniversary tour until the beginning of next year and then it becomes the 16 year anniversary tour, haha.
How's The Urban? I moved here right before the pandemic so have only caught shows at a couple places.
