In the meantime, please let me know if you want me to tell you how much worse Favorite 90s Alt Rock Albums are than Emergency & I.

 

If I had to choose between mwY's catalogue and Emergency & I, and the one I didn't choose would be lost forever.... shit that's tough, but I think I would keep mwY around. They've meant the world to me at certain points in my life.

This is true, can confirm

 

the only reason im going to listen to Emergency & I today is because people here have said it's better than Lonesome Crowded West and In the Aeroplane Over the Sea and I'm not sure I'll believe that without proof. I also only recently discovered Spiderland and it's one of my favorite things so yeah, i need to listen

 

It would be extremely difficult for me to choose between Lonesome Crowded West and Emergency & I

Need to revisit pale horses soon, did not listen to that record enough

Brother, Sister is at the top for suuuure but Pale Horses is really good

Foxes- brother sister- horses- a b life- 10 stories- it's all crazy is my ranking

 

I don't think any of them are far and away their best, but Brother, Sister is far and away my favorite. My ranking is pretty much just Brother, Sister > Everything Else > AB Life

 

Over a year into Pale Horses and I honestly don't know how to separate it from Brother, Sister and Catch For Us The Foxes. The latter two probably edge it due to nostalgia and when they dropped into my life but it's still an incredible album. Very thankful they put it out!

 

I just think it's cool (and a testament to their discography) that people who's favorite was either Foxes or BS now a decade later may have a favorite new record in PH.
