how is it the universe has prevented me from seeing every single damn album anniversary tour they've had like... i missed the Foxes tour (that i bought tix for) cuz i was super sick, don't even remember why i missed the A-B Life tour, now this one gets cancelled really sucks that life and circumstance keeps tangling up their plans
I honestly forgot it was “postponed” instead of canceled. I’d assumed for a while that the proper farewell tour was indefinitely postponed & anything else off the table. If they have enough time available whenever they re-plan their farewell tour (which by that time will be basically a reunion tour, lol), maybe they’ll toss one B,S show in there, but otherwise, yeah, unrealistic.
Every so often I think back to the beginning of the year, wife and I swore that we would attend the final date(s) of their farewell tour by any means. I support mwY fully whenever, however they decide to close the curtain. I appreciate the transparency though, they know being in limbo sucks for everyone involved. They ultimately can't control the variables delaying a proper send-off so here's to hoping they can come up with a way that is gratifying for them.
just realized you can choose which year you want for the 2001-202x farewell shirts. pretty hilarious. i hope they make a 2022 one
Still hoping that if they do ever play live again, they'll record one of the shows. I'm desperate for a final mewithoutYou memory but they aren't going to visit the UK again.
