Yeah, I’m pumped for that. It would complete my collection of having the deluxe for each album except [A->B Life] but I have that on regular vinyl. Hopefully they do that one, too.
Yeah, the AMA has succeeded my expectations! All six guys seemed super into it and posted a lot of well thought responses. I hope once it’s “done” that someone can compile a massive spreadsheet or something to make it easier to digest.
I feel like maybe they’ve hinted at continuing making music in some form in the future, or maybe that was just conjecture in here.
The original announcement was vague but gave off the vibe that the band doesn’t “exist” or whatever, so there’s nothing to “break up” which I took as it’s not OVER and there’s always potential for something in the future.
wow I woke up just now and Aaron and Michael had answered my question! it's a small thing but I feel so blessed hahah
The vibe I got from Aaron’s interview on Dustin Kensrue’s podcast was that he was feeling pretty done with writing music. I’m glad to hear that might not be the case.
Just did a quick look over their discography and was surprised that their total lengths of all their release is “only” about six hours total. The amount that they’ve affected my life made me assume it would be much more than that.
I just discovered all the Ten Stories individual artwork on Vasily Kafanov's website and had a legit orgasm while scrolling through
I wondered if he might do a solo thing, but apparently he doesn't actually write any of the band's music, just lyrics.
Did you intentionally cite this song after mentioning their discog is basically 6 hours of existential dread? edit: just saw the above lol
I was just listening to [untitled] and that song always stands out. I have no idea how I didn’t notice that, lol
