I feel bad for not liking MLD as much as everyone else. Despite that, Pale Horses is my favorite album by them and a top 10 album in my list!
I’m feeling another major mewithoutYou kick happening soon. Like, a kick so major that I literally only listen to them for a few months and can’t stand anything else period. These kicks happen sometimes.
I did a discography run last week. I know [Untitled] is the most intense mwY record, and maybe the darkest on a musical level, but man I don’t think they ever got bleaker than Pale Horses on a lyrical level. I love that record, but it is a hard listen. Especially in these times.
