Did everyone see this lyrics post yesterday? I love that there are heavy themes involving his daughter and that the lyric page has childish scribbles over it.

I'm not sure I really understand any of the lyrics get from this cycle, lol. I've only read through each song once though and haven't put too much thought into if.

Does anyone know what 'Another Head for Hydra' could be referencing? Isn't it something comic book related?

 

Well Hydra is a multi headed dragon usually in fiction. Plus the obvious marvel reference, but I hope it’s not that.

I'm vaguely familiar with the dragon thing, but he has referenced comic books before which is what made me think it could be that as well.

I can't remember which song, but I'm positive I remember there's a song from Pale Horses that has a comic book or G. I. Joe reference in the lyric booklet that's like crossed out or changed or something...

So great to see a band push their own boundaries so late into their career. Remember after It’s All Crazy has been out for a bit and it almost seemed certain they were gonna call it quits?
