It's from a lyric by Yoni Wolf, the best lyricist outside of Aaron Weiss, in a few of his songs but referenced here:

It's also used in a cLOUDDEAD song and they're amazing as well

Thinking about favourite lyrics is much more enjoyable as everyone has their own story to tell. Does Aaron have the biggest vocabulary in music?

from my understanding, bands usually do REALLY well in the Asian markets, regardless of how big they are here. same thing happened to the Swellers when they opened for Paramore in Malaysia. That being said, the Paramore fan base has pretty much wholly embraced mwY, since they're Hayley's favorite. That's how I originally heard about them when I was a teenager. :')

 

Does anyone remember Waking Ashland? I interviewed them a lonnnng time ago now, but they said that their records sold hugely in Asia, and their shows there were always much bigger.
