I used to think it was weird too but I’ve discovered there’s a bunch of people (at least on this site) that fell in love with the band during the post-it’s all crazy era me, I 100% adore foxes with b,s second and crazy third
I honestly think this is the rare band where their second wind/renaissance period far outshines the first. not to disparage the original four albums in any way but Ten Stories might genuinely be their best compositionally/lyrically and time is being very, very kind to that album
Damn, the EP sounds incredible w/ a cup of coffee in the early hours of the morning. Just wish I knew what the songs were about, haha.
This is the first band where I’ve thought “I owe them an apology for not listening to them sooner.” Gotta be a good thing, right?
Strangely enough, thats probably my least listened to record other than foxes. I think pale horses or it's all crazy is their best
you know it’s a legendary band when they have 6+ records and everyone ranks them so differently while at the same time loving (almost) all of them
uh if you're asking who's playing bass on it it's dominic angelella. i don't have any info beyond that though
“yes but no”....? Lol Mind giving us some descriptors for the sound of the album? If not its cool. Thanks in advance.
as for "yes but no," you'll get it when you hear it. it's their most dynamic record. every song does something distinct
Is "9:27 am 7/29" about his kid (or are any of the tracks?) And what is Break On Through Pt 2 like? Does it borrow a lot from its namesake?
