Remember when we all ordered the deluxe version of untitled and I still have no idea when it’s shipping lol

 

i might order the bundle when it finally appears lol

 

I love love love this band, and the EP and LP are probably still my favorite album from last year. But I think we can all admit that this has become a little ridiculous, right?

 

Yeah, pretty much. I wouldn’t be surprised if some stickers or a patch or something is thrown in extra for free.

 

Their deluxe editions are always worth it, it'll come when mike and the band are satisfied with the quality of the vinyl and packaging and I'd prefer that over risking any QC issues like the PH had (wrong lyrics in the booklet, plain white sleeves instead of matching artwork sleeves, etc)

 

I also care more about the quality of the end result more than waiting longer but I totally get if people are upset it’s taking so long.

Remember when we knew that they'd recorded the album last year and we knew they were sitting on it and we were waiting for an announcement and I kept saying "I bet they are sorting out all the vinyl & deluxe stuff in advance" as they were annoyed with how many delays occurred with the Pale Horses release...

I was wrong.

Completely wrong.

This is pretty much the only band I have complete understanding for because every deluxe is unimaginably better than anything any other band has released.

I believe it's just the limited edition deluxe that hasn't arrived yet. You can buy the vinyl right now if people just want the record.

 

right - i have the yellow non deluxe. i remember the pale horses deluxe took a long time but i dont recall if it took this long or not.

 

even the standard LPs I think came out beautifully and I love the heavy duty packaging. i'm sure the deluxe is going to be beautiful.

 

I literally sold my Drake ticket so I could afford this lol. I've come to hate Drake over the past year so I'm not upset about it or anything.

 

My only complaint about the standard edition EP/LP is that they're like .1" too wide for my protective record sleeves

I know its hyperbole but I think getting annoyed at the band over a manufacturer fuck up isnt fair at all. thats what happened right?

 

Im still wishing that this album hit me alot harder than it did
