It was honestly hilarious (but still infuriating) watching this crowd try to clap and mosh at the same time through the whole show. They were soooooo bad at it
I wish I had known so many of you were gonna be there last night or I would have said hi. The clapping during 2459 Miles was embarrassing haha.
Loved the cover of The Dream is Over. Thought they sounded a little off at first but realized I was missing all the extra horns, etc. from the album. Still enjoyed thier set. Davey and the chains was not for me.
I drove up from Springfield after work so I missed Dave but it doesn’t sound like I missed much. Loved Smidley though. Connor’s gotta be in my top 5 songwriters/performers by now
I would be so mad if they clapped during that song. Love the guitar in it, and I’m sure it would be a perfect break in the set without some morons clapping.
Remember Razia’s Shadow? I accidentally left the adapter for my iPhone in my dad’s car (lol) so I’ve been listening to some of my old CDs while I drive. That album is still really cool, and what a lineup of features.
Still not over this show. I always forget how much I love to see Aaron shimmy and shake. Also, the crowd was intense as usual, but I was not expecting the straight up aggression I witnessed during Julia, haha.
Julia may low key be my favorite track off Untitled. I think i just talk up New Wine/New Skins to try and impress this crew. DISCLAIMER: This could all change in an instant
Dammmn, The Soviet. That’s awesome. I gotta say though, if I got 2459 and it didn’t go into Wendy and Betsy I’d be a tad disappointed. Those songs compliment each other so well and it’s hard for me to imagine one without the other
There has been so much music for me to digest lately I finally feel like I can give them album the proper time and attention it deserves.
Another SLC poster! You ever been to Metro Music Hall before? No idea it was 21 and older. Me and the wife had to drive home and get her id
same exact thing happened to me for their CFUTF anniversary tour. i'm still not over it. i bought tix and everything (and, somewhat ironically, didn't get ticket insurance cuz "i won't need it")
