I would love to hear pale horses for the first time again.

 

Pale Horses remains my favorite record of the band by far

 

Would be cool. Though this one took a bunch of listens to really appreciate and now it’s one of my favs!

 

Toirtoises all the way down is top 5 song of the year for me. Listened to it 20 times today

This is pretty much all I've been listening to the last couple days, it's incredible

 

I hope they'll tour here next year. They were over four times between Pale Horses and they eventually got [Untitled] pre-orders on their EU/UK store so I'm hoping they'll get over at least once in this cycle. I totally understand it's harder for them with families though.

 

I'm listening to this and Emery on pretty much a 3:1 listening ratio. I have no desire to listen to anything else.

 

I lived through that set list. Can confirm that it was incredible. Aaron was doing stage dives. What a remarkable entity this band is...

 

Cardiff Giant is my fav track of Ten Stories too. Seeing it acoustic as the closer was icing on an already fantastic cake.

Cardiff acoustic sounds sooo good, especially at the end or the set with that "and IIIIIIIiiiIIIiiIIIIIIIiiiiIIi often wonder if I've already died"

 

Absolutely. That was the second lyric that drew me into this band after “hang! The elephant must hang!”

At the time I had no idea what I was listening to but I knew I liked it. It was all downhill from there.

I love that there are effectively two sequel songs here (New Wine, New Skins and Break On Through (to the other side) pt 2) but neither are sequels to actual mewithoutYou songs like the previous sequel songs (Four Word Letter Pt 2, Nice & Blue Pt 2, Bullet to Binary Pt 2, February 1878 & D-Minor).
