I had never seen Mest before but was taking pics at Four Chord... and they were without a doubt the best set all weekend

 

Back when we all thought big belt buckles and old Cadillac’s were cool

 

Definitely a favorite album among friends while we were still in high school.

 

Rolling in my Cadillac -wooky-wooky-woo- top down, seat back. Wh-wh-wh-wh-with the top down, seat back.

 

Drawing Board was maybe one of the first five songs I illegally downloaded. I used to listen to it over and over in high school, thinking my life would never get any better than this.

And it never did!

I remember seeing Mest a few years ago and it was hilarious, the lead singer was kinda complaining about the crowd being dead, then a dude yelled out “write better songs!” A bunch of people started laughing. Honestly, they were pretty boring.

 

I read the title as Mae: Destination Beautiful, and now Summertime is in my head

 

nothing beats the classic line up versus tony and hired guns. there's less chemistry there.

 

It’s just Tony as far as original members go, but yeah, they put on a very fun show!

 

when they play Chicago jer, matt, & nick will come out, those shows are the best! i don't think any of them tour though.

 

Always loved Jeremiah’s songs. Tony had some good and some cringe but Jeremiah’s were always tight.

Heck yeah, that's my favorite Jer song too and one of my favorites all together from that album. That album is great!
