i just realized that the reason i drink so much is that it's the only thing i've found that can make me feel better every time even if its just slightly and only for a moment.
Have you tried anti depressants? Just a question. I know they're still drugs, but they're monitored by a professional. Just a thought. Sorry you don't feel good.
Ahh, I see. Sorry. Yea that makes it difficult. That's unfortunate that it's not easier to get the help we need. :/
i'm working on cutting back. i mean it is a pretty concerning realization. i'm going to start working on a blog series about cutting back and the positive changes i notice. there's a book i got on audible by allen carr that i'm going to listen to and review as well. it's just things have been not great lately so its become sort of a crutch.
Yeah, I can totally understand and definitely identify with that, to a degree. I really do hope things start picking up for you, and I'm always here for you.
I had to bring my dog to my grandma's house yesterday and that was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. She just pawed at the window and cried for me. It was absolutely awful and I feel like the biggest piece of shit for doing that to her. I plan on visiting all the time but I hope that doesn't traumatize her more or anything ughhhh. Absolutely sucks.
If you haven’t read the series Royal City, I recommend it. It has so many pages I relate to with my migraines and mental health. Only three graphic novels.
Man. I hate when you’re feeling alright and then suddenly, like a punch in the gut it all goes to shit.
Trying super hard to keep my mind positive and keep redirecting my brain if I start to get overwhelmed and like I'm going all mehhh. So hard to stay focused and positive when there's always something, but it's my goal this week. 7 days shouldn't be that much is what I keep telling myself
Didn't get the job, but the rest of this is still true so i'm gonna try my hardest to stay optimistic
easy answer but I would simply start by googling therapists in your area and seeing their areas of expertise and maybe some reviews that are out there
that makes it even harder because there is so many and my friend said you need to find certain ones that match with your healthcare provider and I got confused
Go on your health providers website, if you don't have an account make one, then they should have an option to filter therapists in your area that match your coverage and show what the copay will be.
