Given how good they are at doing it, it really makes you wonder why they allow themselves to be in that position so often in the first place.

Reijnders (I probably spelled that wrong) is out there passing forty feet in the wrong direction with every touch thus far.

 

have to say i’m happy with the level this United squad are performing at given the limitations with their midfield options

this summer they went out and signed two of the best attacking talents in the league outside of the top six with Cunha and Mbeumo, next summer the goal should absolutely be the same thing but for midfielders with two of Baleba/Wharton/Anderson being the goal

32 clean sheets in the Premier League already this season. Not sure on the number at the same stage last season, but I'm confident it's a dramatic increase. I can vaguely remember a discussion ITT questioning the art of defending or something?

 

Fineee, if you really twist my arm and insist, if you really really want him, suppose we'll have to let you take him.

 

Same memory. I recall theorizing that the effort to include more added time to play “the full 90” led to less clean sheets and more injuries.

 

The promoted teams are better at defending this year than last two, maybe three?, seasons.

I’m tempted but I already spend too much time on FPL with middling results.

Arsenal play City on Sunday.

Seems not ideal for potentially one of the most important games of the PL season.
